Beginning in March, join us for another opportunity to exercise in a beautiful and healing space!  Every second Sunday of the month @ 4 pm.

Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat if you have one.  Lead by Doady Rogers ($10.00 for a one-hour class / special events may dictate other fees.)

Then, stay for the THE SOUND BATH @ 5 PM!
