Envelop yourself in serene surroundings and let the healing sound of music wash over you! Waves of soothing, echoing sound from traditional wind and percussion instruments, also known as a “sound bath,” may help with stress, fatigue, depression, and illness. Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat if you have one. Lead by Doady Rogers ($10.00 for a one-hour session / special events may dictate other fees)
