Artist Linda Blust brought her family in from San Antonio to visit us and her birds today (they are featured in the current exhibit “Birds by Linda Fjeldsted Blust.” Here she is with her gorgeous, black-billed Trumpeter Swan “Lacy, The Jewel of the Delta.” She was made just for us! Linda didn’t want to send us an odd number of birds and created this beauty to round out the exhibit. So, this exhibit is Lacy’s first showing to the public.
